Halloween fun

About mid-October, after watching Dora, Charlie Brown and the Wonder Pets trick-or-treat on TV, Alison decided that she was pretty excited to try this trick-or-treating thing out herself. So I bought a couple of second-hand costumes (a princess ballerina and a tiger), neither of which she would try on. (Christopher, on the other hand, was quite compliant to try on his pumpkin costume). Our good friends the Walkers invited us to share Halloween with their family in Hastings. Alison decided that, in order to get candy, she would reluctantly wear her friend Claudia's butterfly costume from last year. The Peanuts were very cute! We had a great time and the kids had an absolute blast. We are looking forward to next Halloween!
